Technical Experience:

During my work at the Chemistry department, King Saud University, Riyadh I was working and involved in teaching and supervising lab work of the undergraduate students and performing some research projects that concentrate in the analytical and physical chemistry.

During my work with research unit of C&RP department at the research center in hospital under the supervision of Dr Mohammed Al-Qahtani I was involved in radiochemistry work including the following:

a)Handling radioactivity\ radioisotopes and performing labelling experiment using several procedures and techniques with different isotopes; such as I (123, 125 or 131), F-18, Tc-99m to incorporate into organic and biological molecules.

b)Handling and applying radioanalytical techniques using different instruments such as; HPLC\Radio-HPLC, TLC\Radio-HPLC, ITLC\Radio-HPLC, Gamma Counter, Bioscan Scanner, Doss Calibrators, Microwave and other equipment as needed.

c)Working in organic & inorganic chemistry from synthesis and purifications to radiolabeling and biological work.

d)Working and having experience on the in vivo, ex vivo to animal works investigations.

During my work of the with the quality control unit of the C&RP department at the research center in KFSH&RC under the supervision Mr. Abdulrahman Alrabiah I was involved in radiochemistry work including the following:

a)Working primary duties in the Quality Control section involved numerous tasks associated with finished product qualifications and raw materials.

b)Performing testing conformity of product clean room to the required qualification.

c)Understanding the requirements of GMP (Good Manufacturing practices).

d)Handling and applying radioanalytical techniques using different instruments such as; Gamma spectroscopy, HPLC, GC, Spectrometry, and pH meter and I can even calibrate some QC equipment if needed.
