With my extensive experience as a Business Analyst and Operations Specialist combined with my education in Business Administration and Information Systems I believe I am an ideal candidate for the position. I have also worked closely with implementing complex HRIS systems, managing and delivering large-scale projects spanning various departments, and documenting and analyzing many different forms of data used to make important business decisions across departments such as marketing, finances, IT, and HR.

With being a Business Analyst for FirstOntario Credit Union, Coutts Library Services, Citigroup, and Casino Niagara, I have had the opportunity to extract functional requirements from end users, customers, marketing, etc and translate those requirements into detailed reports. As the Business Analyst for a suite of enterprise systems I was able to lead teams to the development of a collaboration system that included a business rules engine component. Although I was not a developer of these systems, because I was highly involved in nearly all aspects of the project I am familiar with the features that define its value and could therefore step-in to nearly any developer role. I truly enjoy taking complex and unorganized data and making manageable and useful reporting programs so that businesses can make informed decisions.

One of my most challenging and rewarding projects has been developing sophisticated financial models using Tranche Speak programming language. The cash-flow model collected data from a variety of written and electronic sources, maintained them using proprietary software, and allowed my employer, Citigroup, the ability to forecast and track new financial data for its customer.
