Managing end to end business HRBP responsibilities for a 2500-member practice

Introduction of corporate retention fund, Compensation correction to reduce attrition of critical resources / top talent which helped retain 2% of top talent

Early release of associates serving notice period which saved around 20K$ each month

Improved Orientation sessions for new joiners with a positive touch of recognizing the top performers during their training period. This helped business to identify the cream of the batch and put them in demanding projects thus building a Hypo model right from the start

Collaboration - Collaborated with the recruitment team to identify alumni members and rehire them which increased the offer to joining ratio

Cross Skilling associates on bench to deploy them on billable roles which helped clean up the internal deployment pool by 5%
