Under my direction my maintenance team implemented a 5S program which increased efficiency and utilization by 35% within maintenance. Manufacturing output improved by 17% based on machine up time with current equipment utilization at 97%. This was accomplished with the help of electronic maintenance software “Eagle” a paperless maintenance and preventative maintenance system.
