• Responsible for quick decision making (under minimal supervision) in any

effectively and coordinates with different department, which includes manufacturing, QC

testing department, Chemistry group, Manufacturing Support group (Process Chemist).

• Handle step by step detailed training with our newly hired personnel, from simple paper works to

Complicated formulations of buffers and solutions. Also includes some computer programs (such

as JDE, Global stat, Electronic documentation in Camstar and spread sheets related to our

work. Retrain anyone from our group if necessary and carry out training if there’s new

policy and procedure implemented.

• Review and approve completed documents for any buffer and solution made, also review

MSOP's for production. Performed extra task, like experiments, maintain records and notebook, accurately. Initiate and fill out Non-conformance document and do document revision if necessary.

• Perform simple to complex formulations, laboratory equipment calibration and

maintenance; includes also material evaluations. Proficient in operations of different lab

equipment and applied different lab technique in accordance with my knowledge, skills

and from my previous experience.

• Work side by side with Chemistry group; support them and made any buffer or solution needed by their group. Support manufacturing group for all reagents and solution needed for production and to make sure the timely delivery to avoid delays in production.
