Harrah’s Entertainment Regional Technology Director, South New Orleans, LA (2005 – 2008) Oversaw matrix staff of 50 and directed technical resources for 9 properties in LA, MS, and TN in addition to administering a $2M+ operating budget and a $3M+ capital budget. Held accountability for the success of all levels of the project life cycle for major initiatives. Partnered with internal auditing team to enforce risk mitigation protocols and created business recovery processes for all properties. Served as liaison between each property and management team to facilitate the attainment of financial goals.
