For the past several years, I have worked in several different areas within the business arena. I have over twenty years experience in customer service, nearly eight years experience in business management, three of those years specifically dealt with community management, and I possess a skill set I believe is suitable to your needs. As a collections supervisor, I was responsible for several employees and meeting monthly goals and quotas. As the manager of a retirement community, I was responsible for advertising, leasing lots to tenants, creating budgets, sub contracting services for the community, and managing inventory. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint. Furthermore, I have several years experience in research via the use of several different computer based search engines.

Finally, for the past twenty-five years, I have participated in activities aimed at promoting positive change within our community. As a native of Polk County, I have directed fund raisers, participated in health awareness campaigns, family activities hosted by a local non-profit organization, I was an Activity Director for children and families at Ridge Arts, and as a pianist, I have performed in several community and church functions for the past twenty-five years.
