Assists in the preparation of annual budgetary proposals of building repair and maintenance programs of the Bureau.
Assists in the checking and/or review of plans,
specifications, estimates and other related documents of proposed building repair, renovation, restoration and improvement referred to the Bureau for funding by the Regional Offices and other government agencies.
Conducts field inspection/validation and inventory to determine the value of buildings owned by the national government for the repair and maintenance funding.
Inspects building repair, renovation, restoration or improvement undertaken by the regional offices whether it is in accordance with the approved plans, scope of work specifications in connection with the repair and
maintenance program of the Bureau.
Assists in the consolidation of reports, statistical data in building services including repair and maintenance activities.
Conducts inspection and validation as a member of Long Term Performance Based Maintenance Contract
(LTPBMC), Asset Preservation Component of National Road Improvement and Management Project (NRIMP)
funded under Loan No. 7552-PH and JICA-Assisted Road Upgrading and Preservation Project (JRUPP) under the implementation of Unified Project Management Office
(UPMO) - National Roads Improvement Project Cluster I and II.
