Telefonica - The project is to replicate all the data between SuccessFactor HR and SAP HR using Boomi cloud middleware. I was assigned as Senior Integration developer/ Boomi Developer/ Architect Boomi. As developer creating all the design, development of integration system for Telefonica. Test all the integration system assuring efficient and accurate data replication. Coordinate with on shore SuccessFactpr Team and SAP PI team for all the Boomi filtering and Reports need.

Sears Canada - Assigned as the technical lead for integration managing all middle ware application composing of legacy system, mainframe scheduler, Unix crontab scripts, custom Java application, DataStage, and other client specific system. The role is directly interacting with the end user, stake holders, system support, and design and develop middleware for legacy and custom developed system.

IBM Internal (AEI) - I was assigned as the Senior Developer / Architect doing all the orchestration of software life cycle in the Manila team. The application compose different technology like J2EE, MyBatis (iBatis), WebSphere Application Server, and Rational Team Concert. The project is an enhancement work for the existing IBM application implementing new security codes, persistence frameworks. The application used for managing the project assignment and skills competency for all IBM employee the aid the best resource match for project needs. Did the application development, design, and implementations. Coach junior developers for all the task, technologies, and requirements. Coordinates with the developers, stakeholders, and on shore design team. Quality assurance of all the Manila development team code. Provided code standards and skeleton for the enhancements.

Singapore Institute of Management Project (SIMS) - The assignment is to learn, fix, transition, and documents the third party Java application that converts old Oracle data to PeopleSoft through PeopleSoft Component Interface. I was assigned to fix the data conversion application created in Java. The application consist of Java and PeopleSoft Component Interface, basically the application fetch all the data from legacy system and then translate it to PeopleSoft. The insertion of data passes through Component Interface to validate and update/insert to PeopleSoft system. During the development of the application it was acquired by a third party company to create the codes, unfortunately due to unsatisfactory delivery Singapore Institute of Management decided to pull it out from them and then assign to me to analyze, learn how its working, fix the problem, continue the rest of the conversion, and transition the knowledge to other resource. The task is more on reverse engineering since there is no documentations and knowledge transfer from the third party company

IBM Internal (Human Resource Information Broker) - A 24x7 Java batch application processing XML file sent by CV Wizard for the HR data process. This application is heavy on Database, MQ Server, Threads and FTP technologies and serve as the middle application for CV Wizard, Global Opportunity Marketplace, etc. Support and maintain the application for 24 x 7 operation of application and attended issues with less downtime. Coordinate with the 3rd party support to fix the issue before US time. Successfully lead the identification and code fix of HRIB bug with connection and tested to CDT environment. Application problem started form the development stage few years back. Did the Risk identification, Code fix, testing to CDT and Prod, Monitoring and Maintenance. Successfully deployed code changes to Production environment. Successfully modify and deployed Work round application to PROD server this was used to suppress the problem of database connection and was resolved by the fix stated at item 3.

IBM Internal (Global Opportunity Marketplace) - A Java batch application for the offering and resource identification. This application is triggered by CRONTAB within the time of the day and fetching data from HR third party NETMEDIA that coordinates with the possible candidate and process it to all downstream application that uses the data. Maintain the highest availability of the application and attended issues with less downtime.

IBM Internal (Manager Portal) – A web application using JSR-168 and Java/J2EE technology. This application used by the IBM managers for resource management and management scheduled task. This application uses Web service, WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal Server, JSR-168, Java/J2EE. Assigned as Technical Lead/Support/Developer for the application. Maintain the highest level of availability of the application. Coordinate with Geo Project Manager and customer for the support/development task.

IBM Internal (Emergency Disaster Response) - A web application created using Java/J2EE, this application use for contingency and communication plan in case of disaster. This is housed in WebSphere Application server, DB2 for persistence and web service for the other data fetching. Maintain the highest level of availability of the application and do the coding and analysis for the change request. Coordinate with the Geo PM and customer for other supporting/development task.
