Make this, a great experience so they refer us new business. My job was a great job, there was a real candid connection with my borrower that when I asked for any conditions, requests or questions, I got what I needed to make the loan possible.

Assess the value, benefit, take all details of the borrowers lives to see the benefit of their loan and place them in a better financial situation. Take an application, collect all documents, prepare and submit a file to processing, guide the borrower thru disclosures, get them to sign and return any conditions, paperwork and prep them for anything else we may need. Took floral design courses and made own arrangements for sale within friends, co workers and family. Have a wide perspective for creativity, ideas and thinking creations as well as a real passion for the green industry and how to preserve our earth, our sustainability and the responsibility that this entails.
