•Reduced site PPM’s from 23K to 2 in a Chrysler Tier 1 Supplier Plant through the implementation of standards, ICA/PCA, SPC, Audits, and Lean Initiatives. Prevented de-sourcing and received Gold Pentastar 2 consecutive years. Established ISO Internal Audit Process that lead the division through 3 annual surveillance audits with zero nonconformances.

•By implementation of LPA’s and basic Quality Management Practices, lead largest plant in the division from NBH, Revoked Q1, and 0-BIQS to removal from NBH, Restoration of Q1 and received GM’s Supplier of the Year award in an 11-month timeframe.

•Lead NAO Automotive Division IATF16949 Transition Audits Transition included multiple Manufacturing and Remote Support Sites. Established new policies and participated in Global Transition Planning, APC’s, and Audits.

•Successful greenfield operations of 5 new sites in the US. Support includes Quality Requirements, CSR’s, IATF Support and Product Safety/Regulation requirements.

•Developed and established SQA as a profit center by developing IQA processes for new product introduction, current production and customer issues as well as Containment, Corrective and Preventive Action procedures.

•Lead multiple Six Sigma Programs that reduced scrap by an excess of 30% annually.

Total Quality Management responsibility for a $400M, 1300 employee, automotive tier 1 lighting manufacturer in Western Michigan.

Implemented cost reduction program to reduce warranty cost by 50% through proper reporting, restructuring of warranty analysis and effective response, preventive and corrective action.

Developed Customer Focused Problem Solving leading to more effective ICA and PCA.

Developed and implemented plan to recover Q-1 from Ford and release from NBH from FCA.

Established warranty guidelines and monitoring to reduce warranty costs by $250M.
