Strategic Growth: Responsible for the sales and growth of the Harrisonburg Branch. Starting as a three person team in 1992 competing against Established National Competitors we gained market share in 5 years. Consistently top performing Branch among 10 branches in both financial net profits as well as operations efficiency and compliance.
Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies for generating new leads including relationship building with key referral sources. Created name awareness through Media advertisement including TV, Radio and Print
Operations Management: Initiated and oversaw the expansion of the branch from 1,750 cubit feet office space to our current space of 10,000 cubic feet. in 2002.
In 2005, my branch initiated a Pilot Program for Company which established a new criteria to follow in regard to Oxygen Customer set up. We went from a weekly delivery Company to a non-delivery model of service which was a $300,000 saving on delivery cost at the Harrisonburg branch alone. This new process was implemented Companywide.
