Operations Management: Direct daily activities of up to 75 administrative and warehouse staffs, with remote supervision of West Coast 3PL in California, which handles $8M in annual volume. Achieved superior record of providing accurate, timely, and high-quality deliveries to retail accounts.

Process Improvements: Developed innovative packing for customer orders that minimizes package handling and expedites product flow. Streamlined tasks and reduced operating cost by 0.05/unit. • Financial Oversight: Strategically manage staffing to lower overhead and maintain favorable warehouse labor vs. budget ratio, even during periods of higher sales. Analyze order requests to determine best rates.

• 3PL Warehouse & Operations Leadership: Supervise teams involved in Direct Import, Customer Packaging, Stocking and Inventory Control, Replenishment, Customer Service, Value-Added Services, Outbound Shipping, Inbound Receiving, and Audit. Warehouse Oversight: Directed all operations for 35,000 – 60,000 sq. ft. warehouse, including staff training, supervision, mentoring, and development.

• International Supervision: Traveled to China and Hong Kong to start up the Ballet China office and help train the staff.

• Process Improvements: Implemented Pick-to-Light warehouse order processing system that reduced the warehouse staff by five FTEs and achieved a payback in 10 months. • Cost Savings: Helped develop Chargeback Review System that recorded all customer chargebacks and enabled weekly evaluation of issues and follow-up corrective actions. System resulted in $350K savings.
