Organization: Maaden Phosphate Company manufacturing of Phosphate,NH3,H2SO4.

Major Job responsibilities.

Responsible for complete TA (Planning and execution) activities with safety norms. Coordinate with engineering, inspection and operations personnel for the turnaround work scope identification and issues resolution. Conversant with WBS, TA strategic, TA Vendors recommendation & inspection report.

Advance Planning & Scheduling for resource like material, man power for next day, Planning for TA Shutdown jobs, Organize/conduct daily planning meeting for execution of day to day activity.

Providing competent, cost effective and timely Turnaround (TA) services. Improving the overall Turnaround quality, effectiveness and cost efficiency.

Prepare & review complete plan for T/A jobs from scope development, estimating, scheduling, thru final field execution. Milestone, logistics plan, Job & SR Packages, work flow chart, Estimating the T/A work scope for development of detailed jobs plan. Develop detailed job plan packages. TE for line items & bid for SR, schedule for Pre T/A,TA goals & success factor, Produce logic diagrams, resource histograms,& S curves, summary bar charts, Tracking of SR & PR for the availability of material in right time. Identify the Permit, equipment, tools, safety & environment requirements.

Coordinate with field contractor, a detailed implementation plan of pre-turnaround, turnaround and post- turnaround work. Identify the BOM as per job list.

Coordination up to placement of PO. Administrative coordination for TAM activities.

Exceptional leadership skill. Ability to work in multi-disciplined teams. Collaborative management style. Organize material requirements and delivery with operational schedule.

Ensure the work is completed on schedule by monitoring progress and reviewing three week look-ahead schedules. Ensure that all required construction contractor documentation (e.g. work permits, as-built drawings, work procedures, etc.) is completed and maintained in accordance with the procedures.

Ensure that all activities comply with the project health, safety and environmental policies and procedures. Actively participate in HSE management and continuous improvement.

Monitor progress and provide reports and input to maintain the scheduled completion of activities

Review and recommend equipment spare parts and carry out inspection of material received.

Consolidate and standardize all maintenance quality activities, and align these with client’s requirements and best practices. Provision of advice and support to the Management team to ensure safety compliance and offer solutions to Quality issues. Integrated Quality Control into the TA Jobs .Execution Phase and lead the execution of all quality control activities during the execution phase.

Provides a critique of turnaround activities after completion of TA, participates in Lessons Learned and Look back process workshop.
