Contribute in creating proposals, flyers, and projects in a goal to improve the service we provide our residents at our community and attend community events to build relationships with our residents.

Actively respond to the needs and concerns of residents in a timely manner and communicate effectively as a team to satisfy the demands of our residents.

Check-in and check-out of resident apartment keys, filing out authorization forms to grant access on behalf of the resident, and create reservation of the amenities such as chauffeur services, clubroom, freight elevator and loading dock, and guest suite we offer at our community.

Use company software tools such as Yardi Voyager, Yardi Voyager plus, and RentCafe to create work service orders requests for our residents, view upcoming appointments of prospects for our leasing team, send e-blasts to our residents to update them on important information.

Issue notice to vacate for residents moving out of the community to determine the reason, contact residents via telephone by issuing courtesy calls when guests and vendors come to visit or operate their apartment unit. Also send emails to residents informing them about when a package arrives addressed to the residents.

Complete nightly audits of inventory to maximize production and communicate with the property manager.

Provide a brief record of events that occurred during the shift that the property managers and concierge team should be aware of and complete the required daily tasks in the concierge journal.

Serve as a middleman in receiving telephone calls, email, and transfer of calls to other departments within the community such as our leasing teaming and property managers.

Serve as a 24-hour concierge on duty and an act as the voice of communication for on-call services to satisfy the demands of residents to prevent and avoid delinquencies.
