I gained essential organizing skills, time management, how to accommodate and help frustrated guests’, the job required simple math (filling out an accountability sheet, totaling credit card totals and sales). Opening/closing required lots of cleaning and sanitizing that was time consuming, I took to-go orders, had to memorize the detailed menu that changes twice a year,and decorating plates and cakes for dining in the detailed way the company required.
