COMPASS INDIA PVT. LTD. -: Currently working as Facility Manager from Sep 2016 till date my client location being Tesco India Ltd Bangalore, having a total area of 9, 20,000 sq. ft.

Roles and responsibilities:

Issuing the Assignment instructions/Duty Roster to the House keeping personnel, defining their Scope of Work s & monitoring their activities on a day to day basis.

Introduction of site specific checklists/formats and registers for the day to day monitoring of their service delivery and bringing improvements from time to time.

Oversee the Housekeeping activities during the shift & provide advice to the supervisors & look for the H/K staff turn around & grooming.

Muster all the housekeeping staff of the shift before deployment and communicate the priorities of the day.

Meet the housekeeping site executive during the shift to discuss and communicate priorities for the shift and address complaints.

Routine inspection of their services for the compliance requirements.

Carrying out the night checks / surprise checks and submitting reports for ensuring the team work.

Be accessible for escalation of all Housekeeping related issues during the shift take rounds
