Administer all reports related to QA/QC department activities and realization,

Prepare Quality Control Dossier (QCD) documents as per standard and Client requirements,

Prepare overall project related Quality Control documents listing and control various reports as and when required,

Preparation Raw Material of Receive Manufacturer &Prepare Data Inspection Record ( MDR Reports ), ( MRIR ),

Review the MTC’s against latest approved drawings as per actual project recruitment, as per Client approved ITP / as per PO requirements,

Receive the Approved P&IDs, Isometrics then prepare Weld map and NDE plan for Piping, Structural and Dished requirement,

Carryout Fit-up, Dimensional, Consumable, Monitor Before, During, After Welding Inspection activities,

Issue the Notification’s (NOI / RFI ) to Client / Third-party, Invite for Inspection and Coordinate as per project requirements,

Prepare document Preparation Like Material traceability report, Fit-up report, Dimension report, Stage inspection report, Visual Inspection report,

Monitoring NDT activities like RT, UT, MT,PT,VT, PMI, PWHT & Pre Heating, Feroxxyl Test

(Pickling & Passivation)& Witnessing Various type of Fittings and Gasket’s as per Approved ITP,

Witnessing Welder Qualification Test ( WQT) as per ASME Sec IX,
