This project consists of (a) waterpark with wave pools, raging rivers, giant and kiddie slides, etc. (b) 96-room 4-storey resort hotel, [c] an amusement park with at least 8 major rides, (d) a driving range with 16 tee-off slots; (e) a 5,000-sq.m. 18-hole Mini-Golf Course; and (f) a 2-storey commercial arcade with at least 4,000 square meters of floor area.
The PHP1.05B 10-MW Mini-Hydro Power Plant project located in San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro that will be operated by Ormin Power, Inc., one of the subsidiaries of Jolliville Holdings Corporation
Led the management team in developing and processing the enlistment of one of the subsidiaries of the Company, Calapan Ventures Inc. [renamed Philippine H2O Ventures, Inc. in 2014] in the Philippine Stock Exchange. This led to a successful Initial Public Offering [IPO] that generated a substantial amount of funds that eventually financed the expansion of several water- related businesses.
