Responsible for education, training and implementation of procedures, policies and information necessary to ensure PC Specialists familiarity with rollout of Windows 95/NT network from Novell 3.12 to 250 users. Creation and administration of Help Desk procedure to support attorneys and administrative staff. Provide day-to-day support on network backups and operation. Install and procure necessary updates via software, hardware, etc. in order to ensure efficient and up to date technology for attorneys and their staff. Create new user profiles on the network and test accordingly.
