Assesses the inherit risks with pursuing innovative solutions and informs the Board of Directors. Spearheaded an effort to review and amend over 100 physician compensation agreements (Medical Directorship, Physician Space Leases, Hardware Leases, Community Connect, BAAs) to comply with best practice standards under Stark & Anti-Kickback laws.
