Assisting the Emergency doctors and other hospital staff in handling irate or difficult patients.

Ensure smooth transfer out of patients to other hospitals incase of non availability of bed.

To inform patient’s relative during transfer out regarding In-house Cardiac/Non Cardiac Ambulance services.
