Key Deliverables

Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.

Design and implement various strategies, viz new season launch, POPs, Display, Customer Interaction, Promotional Schemes/ Marketing Campaigns to improve the footfall and profits.

Manage the inventory system of the showroom, place orders to restock the merchandise while managing the outflow and inflow of the inventory of Fabrics, RMG by recording the day-to-day transactions.

Plan the Store Layout, & accordingly plan inventory and assets as per Quantity, Margin, Markup, Markdowns etc.

Monitor and handle overall operation of stores like Issue/Receiving of material, Store Management, Receipt of Goods, ensuring Storage requirement, supervising shift & store operation.

Decide reasonable inventory levels for all items and devised procurement plan accordingly.

Coordinate with the purchase dept. & vendors for monitoring the quality and the timely delivery of the incoming materials.

Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
