Improve on-target performance (on time, on budget, on margin) for 4 programs contributing $40MM to revenues, by developing and implementing program master schedules and gated process including BOM cost targets and timely design reviews.

Implemented an Issues/Engineering Change control process to assure timely, cost-effective development of programs that typically experience 1000+ documented changes.

Reduced a new truck average annual component and material costs by 25%, through developing and delivering cost estimating tools to help engineers drive the correct engineering solution and negotiate to target cost with our suppliers.

Delivered in 2014 over $10MM; 20% over combined Engineering and Procurement target objectives by developing VAVE targets and roadmaps for engineering teams to resolve production issues.
