Designed and built of a prototype Thermal battery for Cooling and Heating of Electric Vehicles with Thermal Storage and Management (TES) using Phase Change Material (PCM) and Peltier Modules.

Designed Light Weight Hydraulic Push Arm of an Aircraft using materials, Aerospace Grade Aluminum (7075, 7050), Steel (4130, 4340), Titanium (6Al4V), with a FS of 1.0 below, which can withstand 500lb of force when aircraft lands and takes off with a maximum vibration frequency of 200Hz, by using ANSYS (FEA).

Designed Light Weight Repelling Lug Attachment part for an Aircraft, which can withstand 1000lbf of force when aircraft lands and takes off with a maximum vibration frequency of 200Hz, by using ANSYS (FEA).

Machined a robust 6061 Grade Aluminum into a heat sink 20” *10” *5” in dimension, using CNC Vertical Kneel milling machine by performing operations like, peck drilling cycle (G73& G83), rectangular pocket milling.

Have hands on experience with Hand drills, snip cutters, taper bits, horizontal and vertical band saws.

Assembled the parts, Tested and Analyzed Documented the project and Calibrated graphs from Microsoft Excel.
