Job Description

Assisting in Telecom Project for network infrastructure development by providing Technical Solutions w.r.t Site Design Planning & Implementation of Infra Set Up of Electrical & OSP connectivity to TCL Sites of Eastern Region POP’s (Point of Presence) & ISP’s (Internet Service Provider Room) to make the site RFI to install the telecom devices for customer delivery.

Survey & Land Acquisition to build new TCL Sites andfor Up-gradationof entire East Region. Responsible for Agreement Registration &to obtain Electricity Connection from local Electricity Board.

Civil, Electrical& OSP works, rated fiber optic cable to be blown from the basement to each floorvia new or existing micro duct, execution along with Installation &Commissioning by coordination with equipment supplier, testing and commissioning team ofDiesel Generator, HT /LT Transformer, Servo Stabilizer, Air Condition, Change Over switch, Battery Bank, DC Power Plant /SMPS, Electrical Panel, Fire Alarm System and Access Control System.

Administrative works involvementincluding maintain budget tracking tools, documentation for Materials receiving papers, GRN/ SRN & Invoicing, issue the Road Permit (Way Bill), Billing process of Contractors etc.

Develop and maintain corresponding relationship with Clients, Customers, Suppliers, partners, Cross functional team and main contractors to ensure smooth operation of Projects and smooth dispute resolution.

Prepare project execution plan with breakdown structure overall and detailed schedule& implementingunder supervision. Progress reports& presentations during proposal and execution stages under the guidance of Project Controls Manager.

Ensuring inter-departmental coordination for timely execution of the projects. Execution progress & hand over to the relevant stakeholders after completion of project.

Evaluating Project progress tracking updates& providing the senior management with comparative analysis. Tracking actual vs.schedule progress, forecasting, trend analysis, resources planning from impact reports.

Monitor critical path & overall schedule daily by collecting necessary data &prepare catch up plans, raise proactively alert on same to Project Control Manager and revision in schedule.

Liaison with various government departments as well as local authority for the requisite project approvals. (Electricity connection, Pollution certificate for DG, Electrical Safety certificate, Fire Safety Dept, NOC from local Municipality/Gram Panchayat, ROW etc.)

To travel regionally depending on Turnkey project location for on ground management, if required from time to time.

Responsible for the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) & SOQ.

Ensuring quality & Safety compliance and cost control of project.

Coordination with procurement team regarding interfacing activities to issue the work order, material & equipment availability on time.

Consult with stakeholders team members in evaluating the final reports long with AT (Acceptance Test) and documentation submitted by the Project Department to make the site RFS for customer service.

Vendors & contractors management for timely execution of the Power Infra Set Up and Fiber laying with zero errors.
