Duties Done

Conduct independent market research and analysis

Undertake in-depth analysis of market structures to identify risks, price manipulations and propose policies

Monitor implementation of taxation and customs related policies announced in National Budget

Prepare reports on intelligence information and report to Head of Fiscal Policy, Research and Analysis

Contribute to cabinet papers, budget documentation and official reports

Work independently and with regulatory authorities in economic intelligence gathering and reporting to management

Track customers on overdue accounts

Meet revenue collection targets

Take legal actions in terms of overdue accounts

Analyzes monthly bills and send friendly reminders to domestic and commercial customers

Implement policies for revenue collection

Negotiate with clients to come to a payment suitable for all parties

Investigate and resolve complaints regarding incorrect debt collection attempts
