Achievements
The Company was being sued by suppliers. Managed to clear all the backlog of invoices left by former incumbent of the post and made BAKARA the Company of choice for suppliers of rotating electrical machines to Prasa with a quick turnaround time.

Secure and supervise overhaul of rotating machines from Prasa namely Traction motors, Generators and Alternators, Exhausters and Compressors.
Draw up Quotations on the repairs to be carried out and invoice.
Ensure timeous delivery and good workmanship
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (2013-10-01 to 2014-08-31) BAKARA ENGINEERING
Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise the repair and maintenance of Prasa locomotives to required standards.
Ensure that proper spares are use to ensure good workmanship
Maintain records of work carried out.
Responsible for SHE and discipline.

Achievements
This was the highlight of my career as I designed the HV layout of the under frame top deck for the 15E locomotive. This design was approved by Transnet and is in use to this day. I also modified locomotive number one as it was the prototype.
