-Recovery NCOIC: In charge of recovering disabled or damaged vehicles from field environment and returning them to Maintenance facility for full repairs. Vehicles ranging from light wheel and heavy wheel to heavy track in excess of 75 ton. Commanded a crew of 4 mechanics on M-88 recovery vehicle. Charged with the duty to seek out, asset and devise a solution for expedient extraction of vehicles and crew regardless of situation. Barricade roads and create optimal road blocks and check points. Control traffic of non-combatant and enemy travel. Breach barricades, walls, buildings during combat operations for ground forces.

-Shop Foreman: Oversee daily operation of maintenance team 25 personnel, Lend knowledge and experience in trouble shooting and offering advice on repairs to vehicles. Set up and enforce service schedule for troop vehicles in excess of 60 vehicle fleet. Order parts, products, prioritize repairs, report and make regular meetings with Squadron Maintenance Officer and higher officials on status of Troop vehicle readiness. Maintained a 95+% Fully Mission Capable fleet consistently for 7 years. Responsible for the personal health and welfare of 25 individual soldiers, to include section leaders and specialized personnel. Conducted training, enforced standards and performed inspections for subordinate leadership in proper handling of sections, personnel, safety and production effectiveness. Engaged in, and recognized for improvement recommendations of overall operation effectiveness beyond personal level of responsibility throughout organization. Received multiple awards for accomplishments and efforts.
