Responsible for looking after the entire Human Resource Department as a Head HR.

Responsible for full function HR generalist activities of the organisation.
Managing the Entire HR Team of 4 Functional Subordinates.
Staffing: Identify recruiting needs, develop sources of qualified candidates, and facilitate screening, testing and selection of applicants with management. Develops/implements comprehensive staffing plans for the organization and partners with the internal staffing organization to develop a candidate pipeline.
Compensation Benefits: Ensure the functioning of the payroll process in time – includes daily attendance, new joiners, Bank A/c Opening, Separations, Full & Final settlements, Salary Transfers through Bank only.
Organization Development: drive HR processes such as e-HR dashboard, Monthly HR review of the Team - organizational effectiveness and performance management.
Employee Engagement: Ensuring all the Employee Engagement Initiatives of the organizations is implemented at all the sites, EE Initiative such as – Buddy Scheme, Work with Me, Employee Assistance Book, R&R. Preparing a monthly report of the EE Score Report of each site.

Site Visits: Responsible for the Monthly site visits to Meet employees, handling their grievances and other issues. Meet the clients for understating their need and our areas of improvement.
Disciplinary Actions: Responsible for taking disciplinary actions on employees for unauthorised absenteeism GO slow process. Enquiry of any incident happens at the site.
Records: Ensuring that all the personal files and records kept properly every month. Separated employees files are also kept and demarked.
MIS Reports : Responsible for generating the Monthly MIS Report of the HR Function and Presenting the same to the management for the Monthly and Quarterly Review.
