S4HANA in a large Automotive Company with Nine plants expanding to fifteen plants globally. Client is large supplier to Honda and Harley Davidson and wanted to completely transform the Enterprise using S4HANA. All modules implemented in two plants in 9 months.

Large Financial Services Company based in UK with Global operations - ARIBA Sourcing, Contract Management and SIPM

SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, Employee Central and Recruiting in a large Financial Services Company with 4000 employees.

S4HANA with EDI Integration in Large Automotive Aftermarket Supplier with three plants. Customer is leading supplier of Brake Pads & Brake Most of the orders are booked via EDI and this needed a complete re-implementation of ERP using S4HANA.

Large Chemicals company decided to be implemented SuccessFactors. I was part of the HR Transformation Roadmap and led the implementation of Employee Central and Performance & Goal Management. Employee Central was integrated with SAP ECC.

Beverage Company, ARIBA P2P implemented to Receive for their procurement processes

Engineering and Construction company engaged us to replace the Navision ERP to S4HANA. Engaged with the Senior Management team to build the project plan for PS, FI, CO, SD and MM.

Complete HR Transformation in a French Automotive Powertrain company. 2500 Employees with EC, PMGM, Recruiting and LMS.

Sourcing and Contracting implementation of ARIBA at Chemical industry

Recruitment and Onboarding in Consumer Goods company. This was expanded to EC, PMGM and Succession in second year.

PMGM and EC in a Startup with only 250 employees but with complex performance management system.
