Serve as liaison between patients and Primary Care Providers, Identify, outpatient services, inpatient service and diagnostic testing centers.

Facilitates receipt of high quality, service-oriented patient care in primary and specialty practices, laboratory testing and diagnostic imaging centers, and ambulatory surgery.

Confirms with each Health Insurance if they are any changes in requirements for Bariatric Surgery.
