Claim Processing-Insurance Quality Analyst

Solution/Technology: HPQC/HPALM, JIRA, Selenium, LoadRunner.

Description:

The project was around the update of the claim processing and Premium recalculation modules for an insurance company in North America. The core business around insurance was revitalized based on the new products in auto and home insurance line of business. Worked in the testing of the new functionalities based out of web-browser and in the mobile devices.

Created manual test case scenarios in HP ALM.

Executed the test cases for manual functional testing and documented the appropriate results in HPALM; reported the test result map to the manager on daily basis.

Created automated test scenarios in HP UFT (Unified functional Testing) and later migrated to Selenium tool.

Used the SOAP UI tool to execute API testing as part of Integration testing.

Testing the functionality in the Mobile devices.

Executed the regression testing on performance using LoadRunner.

Retail-Stock Maintenance Quality Analyst
