With full P&L responsibility, I crafted detailed Business Plans analyzing market insights and converting to specific targets & goals, action plans, resource requirements and cost allocations. Vice President & Business Line Manager – Atlas Copco – USA Sept 2014 – Oct 2018 I led the US Portable Energy divisional business line (#1 rank worldwide) reaching 103 MUS$ across three brands

(Atlas Copco, Chicago Pneumatic, APT) to market with four distinct portable product pillars (air compressors, generators, light towers, electric submersible & diesel dewatering pumps) Accomplishments:

Regional Vice President – Atlas Copco - Middle East Region Dec 2007 – Sept 2014 I was responsible for the 55 MUS$ (#5 rank worldwide) business line within the very complex MENA region across 15 countries (UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Yemen, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Iraq, Egypt, Libya) for the Atlas Copco brand. With a very diverse team of 15 direct reports in sales, marketing, communications & CRM capacities, while concurrently forming close relationships with 10 dealers & their employees.

Accomplishments:

- Took initiative to invest in people to successfully navigate the 2008/09 Financial Crisis

- Initiated aggressive pricing actions to increase profitability from 15% to reach 32% in 2 years
