• In work on ultracold atomic gases, distilled models with many degrees of freedom down to their most relevant parame- ters, yielding digestible results which approximately describe phase transitions in regimes that are normally only treated numerically.

• Communicated complex ideas to a range of audiences, from art students with no science background in the conceptual course ’Why the Sky is Blue’ to upper-level physics majors in ’Basics of Quantum Mechanics’, while leading discussions and crafting course materials as a TA for ten undergraduate classes.

• Implemented the conformal bootstrap in Julia and applied it to prominent problems in statistical physics, namely per- colation and the self-avoiding walk.

iOS App

• Developed an iOS app with Python and Kivy for a comedian to edit and organize a library of jokes. Allows jokes to be grouped into setlists though a GUI, just as one would add songs to a playlist. Online Courses
