Advise American and Canadian investors and senior living operation companies on how to maneuver through the complicacy of Chinese business and government relationship

Negotiate business terms with Chinese companies on behalf of American and Canadian investors and senior living brands

Supervise the establishment of joint venture project company

Recruit staff for the newly established joint venture

Organize project company’s staff training

Supervise project company’s operation and update international investors

Project Sourcing and Government Relationship

Network with Chinese developers and real estate brokers to source land acquisition deals for senior living conversation projects

Develop and maintain relationship with different municipalities for land acquisition opportunities for senior living greenfield development projects

Maintain good relationship with different levels of government esp. Ministry of Social Affairs, to acquire/renew senior living business license and ensure smooth govt inspection esp. when China constantly updates regulations in senior living and real estate development field.

Investment Analysis on Senior Living Projects

Work with the Finance Department to build financial models for projections of senior living projects

Modify and refine senior living business models from North America to ensure their feasible adaption in China

Lead associates to conduct feasibility studies of senior living projects

Lead associates to conduct due diligence work for senior living and related real estate investment projects

Lead associates to prepare fund raising materials and project presentations to international investors
