Senior Product Manager / Program Manager, 2014 - Present

• Manage key cross-functional initiatives Supply Chain Integration, Cisco Commerce Integration for Cisco Pre-owned equipment. The tasks include marketing requirements, prioritizing and managing budget and timelines for the program deliverables and managing stakeholder communication as part of the large Agile release train. CI/CD process leveraged delivering incremental capabilities and features for the product.

• Lead cross-functional team of engineers, business operations, global support and product owners to deliver multiple programs and products across the portfolio.

• Cisco Supply Chain integration- Managed the integration of Cisco Pre-owned business with Cisco's own forward supply chain. Replacing 3rd party vendor resulted a yearly operational savings of $3.2M.

• Cisco Commerce Integration- Led the end to end integration of the ordering capability of Cisco Pre-owned products ($210M business) into the Cisco's $45B ordering platform.

• Connected Platform - Exemplified involvement to budget, schedule, requirement gathering, build, test and deliver the single next generation platform. Planning and adoption for limited availability and general availability of product features.
