Developing Primavera schedules for FPSO projects and FPSO proposals for bids using P&IDs, plot plans, equipment lists, Master Document Registers (MDR), general layout drawings, planned equipment delivery durations and cycle times for RFQs, and other documents. Work with onsite and offshore assisting in scheduling the interfaces between discipline activities and with other project team members. Planning Engineer

Worked as Project Planning Engineer on Kaskida, a Greenfield Paleogene FPSO Ultra Deepwater Development project in Appraise and Select phases with an estimated $10 Billion estimated cost, and developed the K4 pre-drill Well Appraisal well schedule. The project was determined to be a converted FPSO with an export pipeline and new technology for BP including 20,000-psi subsea trees, high-integrity pressure protection system (HIPPS) and LoSal water treatment process. During the Appraise stage, helped source engineering contractors to develop early appraisal screening models, provided Pre-FEED support, worked with Finance on Economic models for management, worked with Subsurface on planning the surveys and modeling, worked with Subsea to develop schedules using various new technologies, and helped appraise the readiness of the project to pass through the different stage gates. Regularly interfaced with BP and 3rd-Party contract engineering firms to coordinate cross-functional engineering planning for Topsides, Hull & Mooring, Subsea, Umbilicals, Flowlines, Export, Drilling and Completions plus supporting functions including Project Services, Contracting and Procurement, Finance, Regulatory, Operations Organization (GOO), Global Wells Organization (GWO), Procurement and Supply Chain Management (PSCM), and Land Management. Initiated and managed Brownfield facilities (topsides) projects as a project planner, project cost engineer, and project engineer for 3 platforms including Coulomb. Worked on multiple Upstream and Downstream major projects with both Greenfield and Brownfield components. Part of my duties included supervising and integrating engineering contractors’ schedules, and monitored engineering contractor progress. Used benchmarking processes available within Exxon Mobil. 3/2001-9/2004 SHELL Oil Company – Exploration Production Projects (EPP) / Houston, Texas

Contract Position: Project Controls Engineer (cost and schedule).

Worked in Project Controls department on multiple Fast-Track Subsea projects in the Gulf of Mexico as a contractor for Shell Oil Company on multiple projects in various stages at the same time.
