Requirement gathering for employee central.
Worked on the enhancements raised by clients.
Well versed with all the data models in Employee central and making configurations as per client's Requirement on the UI Front.
Configuration of Employee central core, Time off, Time Sheet.
Defaulted Holiday calendars, work schedules and time profiles based on employee location
Configuring home page and Personalize Instance with various Port lets Company's Logo, Theme Management, and Password policies.
Worked on XML configuration, Workflows, Event Reasons, MDF Objects, Associations, Field Criteria and Business Rules.
Configured Propagation and Association between various foundation objects and MDF FO's
Worked on Pick list management and created few custom filter fields.
Validated test scenarios as part of unit testing.
