Responsible for Payroll Department, managing other employees, training and delegating work load
Provide training to Human Resource and Payroll employees on a periodic basis to ensure compliance and new law updates implantation
Create excel reports for clients with specific data needs for job cost analysis.
Work closely with the IT department to make sure all software is updated timely and efficiently.
Audit I-9 forms for compliance and working with client to assure all new hire paperwork is completed properly
