CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Klaw Products Ltd

Directed the design and development of current/advanced products. This resulted in securing a £5.5M contract

Took ownership for design of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) transfer system products such as Emergency Release Couplings (ERC), LNG hose saddles, and Fall Arrest Systems (FAS)

Designed more than 5 variations of saddles for clients, including developing manufacturing drawing to create them in SolidWorks. Successfully tested the saddle after production to validate they met specific requirements before they were commissioned for production

Revamped design of the FAS resulting in reducing cost and achieving saving in time

Developed modified ERC components which would be commissioned this year

Sims Metal Management

The organization was establishing an advanced multi-million £ Metal recycling plant and supported the Principal Manager in project completion

Played a pivotal role in creating a contractor/temporary workers village by utilizing portable cabins (1 canteen cabin with a seating capacity for 30 people at one time, 1 cabin changing room, 1 cabin comprising of male and female toilet blocks, three upper floor cabins for the principal manager office/other offices and storage rooms for engineering personnel)

Spearheaded execution of several safety projects such as creating and improving safe walkways throughout the several recycling sites. This decreased risks on the site by more than 50%

Drafted & distributed minutes at organization’s directors' meetings for advanced recycling plant project

S&L Aerospace Metals
