Responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance to local (Regulatory) and International Food Safety Standards. 2. Research and development of new dairy products, including improvements of existing products. 3. Standardize the product complying the Regulatory requirement and customer /consumer satisfaction. 4. Update the formulations and process parameters as necessary. 5. Responsible for the entire quality of the products 6. To set up the standard output as per formulation and select and determine necessary raw and packaging materials.
7. Develop and Update the product labelling information. 8. Test and inspect all incoming raw and packaging materials and certify maintaining the relevant standards 9. Ensure all documentation as per company standards and ISO & HACCP and conduct internal audit as per ISO 22000 & HACCP and also keep liaison with ISO and HACCP certification bodies. 12. Being responsible for food safety. Being accountable for HACCP & Food Safety Training for the facility to ensure compliance and execution of required programs 13. Assist QA Personnel with training, audits and continual improvement and also train up food handlers time to time.
14. Monitor for industry food safety threats, such as product recalls, food borne illness outbreaks, and conduct test on products from market.
