Dec 2016 to May 2017 Worked as a QA/QC Electrical Inspector in Samsung Engineering (SAUDI ARAMCO –Riyadh Refinery Clean Transportation Fuel Project) in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

May 2015 to Dec 2016 Worked as a QA/QC Electrical Inspector in Samsung Engineering (SAUDI ARAMCO –Central Processing Facilities Expansion Project) in Shaybah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

EXPERIENCE IN QA/QC ENGINEER

1. Preparing and obtaining approval for Project Quality Documents such as Project Quality Plan, Quality Control Procedures, Inspection Test Plans

(I.T.P.), in accordance with Project Client Specifications. 2. Reporting the all related activities project manager and QA/QC manger. 3. Reviewing all quality related activities & preparing all quality related reports on site.

4. Preparing Weekly report of project related to project Quality Management. 5. Preparing the Sub Contractor appraisal report for the month. 6. Preparing Material receiving report.

7. Preparing the data of the material received on as per purchase order. 8. Coordinating with execution team for project quality system. 9. Verifying and informing and advising site team for any defects. 10. Issuing the NCR & INCR for any nonconformance. 11. Reviewing third party Inspection reports & laboratory Reports. 12. Approving the supplier for supplying the material for the project. 13. Performing Site Surveillance and Record the Logbook Entry for Pro-Active notification and Non-Confirmatory works.

14. Co-Ordination with the Client representative for the Requirement of Priority completing the daily inspection and submitting weekly RFI’s schedule. 15. Documentation of all RFI’s after signed by the Consultant/Proponents and Managers.

16. Attend the Quality Meeting and discussing about to clear the site issues and NCR’s.

17. Prepare the Punch List for the Inspected activities and follow up with Concern. 18. To Performing/Assist for closing the PMCC/MCC Punch items. 19. Prepare the Energization package and Submission for Client’s approvals 20. Review the Energization Documents and Tie-in Work documents. 21. Prepare and submitting for the Project inspection record book and handover documents.

22. Maintaining the records of Calibration certificate for various testing instruments.

23. Familiar and Working knowledge with Industry Codes, Standards & Specifications such as NEC, NEMA, IEC, IEEE, ISO, etc.. 24. Closed awareness, working knowledge and understanding of Shell DEP’s, Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards and Procedures such us SAES, SATIP, SAIC, SATR, SAMSS, SAER etc.)

FIELD EXPERIENCE IN QA/QC ENGINEER

1. Conducting Material Inspections for all electrical items delivered at the site based on Standards, Specification and its approved material submittal. 2. Inspect the Material and Installation of various types of Conduits

(PVC/RGS/EMT/FMC/LTFC) and fittings as per standards. 3. Inspect the Material and Installation of Cable Ladder/Tray and accessories as per standards.

4. Inspect the Material and Installation of various types of Power (LV/MV/HV) Cables and Control Cables as per standards and Specifications. 5. Inspect the Installation and Witnessing/Performing the Testing of Grounding and Lightening Systems as per standards.

6. Inspect the Installation and Witnessing/Performing the Testing of Transformer (Power Transformer, Dry type Transformer) as per standards.

7. Inspect the Installation and Witness the Testing of Instrument Transformer

(CT & VT) and Metering system as per standards and Recording the results. 8. Inspect the Installation and Witness the Testing of 230kV&115kV GIS and associated with Control Panel and Protection Panel as per standards and Specifications.

9. Performing Inspection for the Installation and Testing of LV/MV Switchgear and Motor Control Center (MCC) as per standards.

10. Performing Inspection for the Installation and Testing of LV/MV Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB), Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) and SF6 Circuit breaker as per standards.

11. Performing Inspection for the Installation and Testing of UPS and Battery systems as per standards and Specifications.

12. Performing Inspection for the Installation and Testing of Emergency Diesel Generator and Gas Turbine Generator systems as per standards and Specifications.

13. Inspect the Installation and Testing of LV/MV Motors as per standards. 14. Performing Inspection for the Installation and Testing of LV/MV Cable Bus and Bus Duct as per Specifications.

15. Inspect the Installation and Testing of Electrical Heat Tracing System as per standards and Specifications.

16. Inspect the Installation and Testing of Automatic Transfer Switch panels

(ATS), Power Monitoring System (PMS/PSA) Control Panel, Power Distribution Panel, Lighting Control Panel as per standards and Specifications.

20. Conduct the inspection of Materials, Installation and Witnessing/Performing test for Cathodic Protection Systems.(Galvanic & Current Impressed Anode System)

Conducting Inspections, recording and review the test results of all electrical Equipments Testing & Pre-commissioning activities such as Insulation Resistance, Contact Resistance test, Functional test, Relays and Metering test, Primary Injection test, High Voltage test (High Potential test), Illumination test, Polarity Test and Earth Resistance Test, etc.. 22. Conduct the Inspection for LV&MV Motor solo run and Load test 23. Conduct the Inspection for Variable/Adjustable Frequency Drive(VFD/AFD) function test
