1) Ministry of Interior South Border Housing Project, Jazan, KSA. Approx. Cost = 550.5 Million SAR. Consisting of Three Store 20 Apartments, Two Store 40 Villas and Ancillary & Utility Buildings Project. Responsibilities:

Prepares accurate and timely reports, and discusses them with Project Managers and the Construction team.

Analyzes labor productivity rates by comparing productivity data between the projects.

Preparation of Key Performance Indicators and their periodic updating.

Co-ordinates with site QS and Contracts and Planning team, and reviews the progress of activities and quantities.

Preapared Weekly, Monthly & Quartly Productivity report.

Preapreed equipment monthly comparision & cross check rental equipment invoices monthly basis.

Cross check and coding for monthly subcontractor invoice.
