As a Civil In-Charge - Overall Responsible for Construction of Critical & Heavy Structures like Blast Furness Foundation, Inba, Chimney, SCP Cooling Tower, Inba Cooling Tower, Stock House, Control Room, Hot Metal Track Foundations, Construction of these structures on schedule is a major challenge due to site congestion (Brown Field Project). Monitoring & scheduling at micro level to keep the project on track without effecting critical path of schedule. Coordination with client & design department.

Site execution of civil works of Coal Handling Plant at Guru Gobind Singh Refinery of HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited. 2x300 TPH Coal, petcoke, limestone handling system. Overall responsible for construction of critical structures like Wagon Tippler, Coal Silo, Truck Unloading Hopper, Limestone Silo & Limestone Mill Building. Construction of these structures on schedule is a major challenge due to site congestion (Brown Field Project). Site execution In-charge of civil works of steel plant expansion project and shutdown projects and Greenfield Integrated Steel Plant for TATA Steel Limited, Jamshedpur and Kalinganagar, Vizag Steel Plant and Bokaro Steel Plant (EPC).Coordination with Client & Design Dept.

Independently handling the construction of Coal handling plant, Paradip port, Orissa. Specialized job done for soil stabilization with drazing sea sand.

Independently handling the civil works of Sponge Iron Plant for Usha Martin at Jamshedpur.
