Role & Responsibilities:-

Handling customer complaint from shoratge to quality realated issue on assembly line.

Making report of each day production and reporting to Plant Head, Quality Head & PPC.

Handling all gear related quality compliants checking the material if problem persist and also gave solutions to my team members from the plant.

Taking daily stock report and also manage all the inwarding from the warehouse.

Handling warrant complaints of the customer if it persisit and also make solutions to prevent those in the future.

Daily communicating with VQA, SQIG, SCM & Production Incharge and maintaning good relation with them.

Sound knowledge of various problem solving techniques such as 8D, fishbone analysis, Why-Why Analysis

Knowledge of systems like POKA-YOKE, Q.C. Tools, PPM, control plan. PPAP, MSA, and 5S, etc. An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skill and ability to relate with people at any level of business.

Responsible for analyzing rejection to initiate corrective actions as per Global 8D’s for permanent solution of the same at customers end.

Handling press shop activities i.e to monitor operators, Giving proper instruction to them.

Doing first piece inspection, in process inspection, layout inspection for all the parts and making report of it.

Maintaing all the records of calibration reports.

3) CARRARO INDIA PVT LTD January 2017 - April 2017

Intern

My project is based on BoM ( Bill Of material) Validation. In which I make BoM of transmission physically. After making the physical BoM I used to check this with system BoM & drawings using SAP application.

In this project I learned basics of SAP application.

This project helps me in improving mechanical product knowledge.

I learned about process plan, Assembly line process, Statistical process control methods, etc.
