I do research in the applications of Big Data technologies such as Spark, MongoDB, Splunk, and machine learning methods in different topics such as K-mean clustering for customer segmentation, NLP and sentiment analysis for customer satisfaction analysis, and regression for performance forecasting.

My research areas was business intelligence wherein I applied machine learning (classification including SVM, k-NN, Random Forest) to identify business opportunities for product development.
