Performance Analysis of Universal Heat Exchanger
It is found that the existing design of the heat exchanger is an optimized one. It gives maximum heat transfer.
By replacing the inner copper tube with Aluminum tube the material cost of the heat exchanger can be reduced by Rs.373.07 without affecting the heat transfer rate.
Maximum performance of the heat exchanger can be achieved with minimum mass flow rate of cold fluid and moderate mass flow rate of hot fluid.
The maximum error in the universal heat exchanger is found to be 11.26%. Study of Ocean Energy forms and their conversions
Tapping energy from ocean involves a large amount of set up cost. But if the installation is made, sustainable energy which is completely free can be reaped. Energy from ocean is more concentrated comparing other forms of renewable energy.
