Routine daily elimination Food checks in all chillers and Freezers to ensure that all foods are in compliance with the Food Safety HACCP system.
Process monitory and control calibration of lab equipments.
To monitor all Incoming Row Materials, Food additives, Chemicals and materials Quality Checks.
To maintain daily product Check (Physical, Chemical & Microbiological) Analysis of Final Products and Packaging material.
All analysis of raw materials as Pulp/Sugar/Chemical/Flavour’s/Tetra Pak.
To Ensure the Hygienic Conditions and Pest Control Services in the Processing area.
Operation Knowledge Of Uv Visible Spectrophoto Meter, PH Meter,
Conductivity Meter, Brix Meter, TDS meter alkalinity & its documentation.
Preparing Knowledge OF Carbonated & None Carbonated Soft Drink.
Compliance with Iso: 14001 & Iso: 9001, Iso: 22000.
Mode of Preparation Knowledge of Sugar Syrup and Mixing of Flavors.
Implement Food Safety HACCP Standard, Maintain Cleaning & Hygiene.
