During my tenure with Clifford Chance I was promoted from staff to management during the firms very challenging changes. Led the IT functions in Washington DC office of global law firm, including directing IT staff and managing technology upgrades. Provided IT administrative and engineering support for the data center’s infrastructure and vendor support contracts. Collaborated with multiple vendors on existing and new products, ensuring all IT vendor accounts and related invoicing adhered to budget guidelines. Other firm positions held were “Communications Administrator & Supervisor of Technology Support Center”.
Led replacement and upgrade of computers, switches, routers and all other equipment for 700 users.
Upgraded the data center and restacked all servers, boosting efficiency and stabilizing HVAC cooling.
